New BlinkM Communicator, examples and tools

BlinkM Communicator, the software that allowed the Arduino programming environment, was broken under Arduino 0012. It is no longer.

We have also updated all of our tools to work with the new Communicator, and the BlinkM MaxM. The new ScriptTool finally allows you to save and load BlinkM scripts!

The same software works for both the original BlinkM and the MaxM so you can perfect your project with standard BlinkMs (assuming it doesn't use any of the MaxM's input functionality), and then program BlinkM MaxMs with the same code to blast your audience/friends/self away.
